I absolutely had the baddest holiday in there! The service in this place is disgusting. The suites were quite undesirable. I hate that they allow pets inside the hotel - it's simply undesirable. I was not too impressed with this place!! The room service was useless, the odors in the bathroom were bad, and the check in service was extremely deficient. To sum up, anyone that is staying at Barcelona don't stay at Castell de Mata Hotel Barcelona!

Pricey and too many loud people
I just spent a night there last night. I despised it!! I resent that they allow pets in - it's totally awful. I was exceptionally nauseated with everything about this place!! I was not more than ok with how despicable the bathroom was, and I absolutely disliked how not cozy the lobby was. The elevators were not working when we were checking in there. All in all, Castell de Mata Hotel Barcelona is a pricey place!!
