Not beautiful
I had a stupid stay at this joint. The elevators were not working when we were sleeping there. I just had contempt for every aspect of this place!! The reception service crew were unsuitable, they keep the bathroom unclean, and the lobby was common. People in this hotel are incompetent. To sum it up, this place is a small place!!

This hotel is fun. People there were gentle. I was pleased with this place - the bed was so fresh, the downstairs lobby seemed beautiful, and the room service was functional. To top that, I appreciated my suites. It is really what you love in a place like this. I very recommend this place!

This hotel is first rate!! The hospitality in this place is fabulous. I was pleased with this hotel and every aspect of it - the downstairs lobby was lavish, I really prized the room-service, and also the bathroom was immaculately clean. Add to that, the suite was pretty delightful. I totally approve Palace Ritz Hotel Barcelona!!
